Real Men Cook for Odyssey 2009
On August 29, 2009 several high profile Male Celebrities joined forces to support Odyssey House at the fundraising luncheon held at bel Mondo located at the Rocks in Sydney.
Real Men Cook identifies the role of men in their families, and also provides an opportunityfor you to rub shoulders with these Celebrities whilst enjoying a fun filled afternoon of fine food and beveragesoverlooking Sydney Harbour.
Many of the 'Real Men' make return appearances year after year. This year's contingent cooking up a storm included Vince Sorrenti (host of the Great Aussie Cook Off), comedian and radio host Mikey Robins, Nova FM's Merrick, actor Rhys Muldoon, rugby legend Nick Farr-Jones. top chefs Mark Best, Ben O'Donoghue and Jason Roberts, and media personalities Simon Marnie, Mark Ferguson, Chris Gray and Pete 'the Gadget Guy' Blasina.
There were many unique items availabe at the Real Men Cook Auction including a private dinner with Ben O'Donoghue as our private Celebrity Chef for the evening. Other prizes included a cocktail party for 100 guests at Hugo's Lounge.
