Executive Director Communications and Fundraising

We are now looking for a dynamic and experienced Executive Director Communications and Fundraising to lead communication and funding initiatives. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, skilled communicator and passionate about the cause.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Lead the creation and execution of communication strategies to effectively convey the organisation’s mission and initiatives
  • Develop and implement comprehensive fundraising strategies to support the organisation’s mission and goals
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with donors, corporate sponsors and partners to secure financial support
  • Oversee the organisation marketing and brand identity to ensure consistency across all communication channels
  • Lead a team of fundraising, marketing, communication and philanthropy professionals by providing mentorship, direction and support
  • Monitor and analyse key metrics to ensure progress and identify areas for improvement and report on these to key stakeholders
  • Develop and implement strategies for accessing Government grants
  • Collaborate with the wider organisation teams to align communication and fundraising efforts with the organisational objectives
