Mental Health Support Groups

Mental Health Support Groups

One of the potential by products of an alcohol and other drugs addiction is the effect it can have on a person’s mental health, often causing symptoms of depression/anxiety or worsening existing mental health issues. At Odyssey House, we understand the challenges many face when trying to battle mental health issues whilst having an addiction to alcohol and other drugs. Set in an intimate group setting, our mental health support groups give guidance, education and support to those with both mental health and alcohol and other drug issues. This program consists of a first and second stage.
