The Magistrates Early Referral into Treatment (MERIT) program is for clients with substance use problems who are also clients of the criminal justice system. This 12 week program is funded through the Council of the Australian Government’s Illicit Drug Diversion Initiative (IDDI) Agreement. For more information Click here

As the successful applicant you will join our dedicated Odyssey House NSW team on a permanent full time basis. You will provide case management and counselling to a complex client group, and deliver accurate and appropriate advice to the Magistrate in relation to a client’s history and their suitability to enter the Waverley Court MERIT Program.

Progressive Learning Centre (School) Principal

We are looking for an innovative, progressive and inspiring Progressive Learning Centre (PLC) Principal to lead and grow our PLC. Working closely with the Odyssey House Board, one of your first tasks will be to lead an implementation of high quality learning and development opportunities for our residents and clients through ongoing evaluation, development and professional learning.

Quality Improvement Manager

This specialist role is primarily responsible for the Quality and Clinical Improvement systems in Odyssey House NSW.
Lead and manage the Quality Improvement Framework and program
Monitor the success of Odyssey House client programs
Support staff through Quality Improvement change

Data Analyst

This specialist role is primarily responsible for client and other data, providing reports to internal and external stakeholders, and uploading data to external portals. This position is also responsible for managing the Client Management and Reporting System (CRMS) system as well as taking point on the working relationship with our CRMS vendor.  Click here for more information
