We would like to invite you to lunch in support of the Odyssey House Parent's and Children's Program.
The luncheon will feature guest speaker Professor Kay Wilhelm AM
This program makes it possible for parents who are in the drug and alcohol rehabilitation program to live with their children while completing treatment. This is a wonderful opportunity to network with colleagues, make some new friend and make a difference in someones life.
This luncheon features a talk from Professor Kay Wilhelm AM Consultation-Liason Psychiatry expert at St Vincent's Hospital. Kay has had extensive experience and has been associated with the clinical and research arms of the Mood Disorders Unit for over 20 years and is a member of the New South Wales Medical Board. Kay is the author of more than 175 papers and book chapters and a number of educational workshops. Her main interests are depression, deliberate self-harm, smoking cessation, treatment planning for patients with complex problems, general hospital psychiatry and the health of doctors.
The topic of her presentation will be Urban mental health around city living and the impact of drugs and alcohol.
