Counselling Service
Odyssey House Counselling Services have been in operation for over ten years, providing drug and alcohol services to both private clients and organisations.Services are offered to private clients who do not need residential care, are employed and / or have strong social support in the community.
Odyssey House Counselling Services provides specialised counselling for drugs, alcohol and gambling, as well as general counselling for issues such as mental health, trauma and relationship issues.
For clients experiencing legal difficulties as a result of their drug and alcohol issues, we provide full drug and alcohol assessment, court reports, counselling and referral to detoxification and rehabilitation services if necessary.
Employee Assistance Program
Odyssey House Counselling Services also offers a boutique drug and alcohol Employee Assistance Program (EAP) for corporate clients. This service can be catered to your organisations needs and includes:• Drug and alcohol training
• Employee assessment and reporting
• Counselling for employees
• Mediation
Some of our corporate clients have included New South Wales Rail Corporation, Health Services Union, Star Track Express Transport, Local Councils, NRL, AFL and other sports organisations.
Cost
Private counselling cost $85 per session and is comparable to the Medicare rebate gap for Psychological Services.
